Smells like fresh trim

hello fellow growers, so recently I just harvested and we all know that fresh trim smell. I put them in turkey bags and open and close them every other 1 hr. It's been two days since I've been doing it. But for some reason it still smells like fresh trim. Can someone help on what should I do for the actual smell to come out.

If it's been only a few days since harvest I wouldn't have them in bags at all. Open air drying is key to stop mold until you can get most of the moisture out of the plant. Then I would put them into containers(preferably glass or metal) for the real curing procedure. That's when most of the 'grassy' smell will dissipate.
P.S. I find that trimming all of the fan and smaller 'sugar' leaves prior to drying also helps reduce the grass smell.

I agree but turkey bags work too thts how I was taught from a good friend and great grower when I was working for him years ago recently I got back in touch with him and not he hang drys trims then into paper bags left open and mix nuggs here n there and when they feel crispy into mason jars ir turkey bags then burp untell rdy I will be useing this in about to months but I no he's words r gold he does delivery service on weed maps
