Smell

So i was told i can get a spray i can spray on my plants to hide the smell is this true and if so wat is it called as i dnt have a filter
 
How about when it's drying, (sorry for hijacking the thread, its kind of the same question. Avoid double threads), i'm a bit worried when i'll have kg's to dry, it'll smell my whole house. Are there any tips, without having to buy anything preferably, and especially nothing chemicals (heard bad things about smell/chemicals and buds)
 
Carbon filters and an air exhaust system. You can't get around the aroma unless you can do your drying in a smell-proof room...
 
Damn. I'm screwed then haha. I'll have to withstand the smell and hope neighbors don't smell it. Thanks alltatup :)
 
Minoo96 If you could air-proof the dry room (like towels at the bottom of the door), you can semi-contain, but every time you open that door, your house will be flooded with the sound of music, er, I mean, the wonderful aroma of weed... So if you have another door to close off that part of the house, even better...

I don't like Ona block myself: it's not as "natural" as they maintain it is, and I think it stinks. Containing the aroma is one of the main reasons I was convinced to get stealth grow boxes with built in carbon air filters.

Another thought: they also do sell air-proof dry boxes (I have one of those, too), but you have to fork out the $...
 
Thanks for infos! Might not be for this grow but for next ones maybe! I'll try the towel method, altough... I'm space restricted with my drying room. More like a closet with canned food inside, under the stairs haha... So when i'll have Kg's to dry, i'll have to find another room. Probably the barn, and there, its just not possible to put a towel or seal it... :( other rooms are not proper enough to dry, too hot mainly. (under the roof)
Thanks again for those tips, very useful! (maybe not now, but later!)

I also hope maybe the barn will have enough air so that it doesnt smell like the house would smell.
 
I hope it'll be KG... seeing the size of the plant. KG wet that is uh! But to be honest I expect KG even dry... Maybe 2kg dry. Maybe i'm dreaming though, maybe it'll be much less. Wish me luck :)
