Small device LED lights

It took me 2 months to figure out why my plants not flowering properly and it’s taking them to long to mature.
This little night time fan runs on USB during night time just for the gentle breeze at night so they feel happy and like home in the dark jungle lol
But this little fan had a deferent agenda ! It was laying on it’s belly and I couldn’t see the Red and blue LED lights.
Keep in mind, they are tiny LED lights but they can be bright in a pitch dark area.

But I could be wrong.

just FYI

keep on rolling !

I would take some black electrical tape and put it over the LEDs on the fan. Also if you can seal yourself inside the grow area you can check for other light leaks

Yes I did tape and cover the smal LED lights. And yes that’s how I was able to find the problem ! I had my girlfriend turn the lights switch on and off while I stood there in the middle of the closet !! Hehehe .

Thanks UrbZ

They will take off for sure now. The blue light on there probably got you I would imagine it actually being pretty bright.

You are correct ! The blue light got me alright 🤪 as tiny this LED was but boy it was bright in the pitch dark area.
I hope I didn’t ruin my plants ? I hope my other fellow growers don’t make the same mistake i did.

Well it doesn't seem like the light made your plant Hermie. Just stunted the budding. To be honest I don't know if this messes with the time frame of the flower cycle or not. Because technically you should be hitting the end of the flower cycle now. Your hairs are still White and there isn't very many trichomes so you should be alright.

Maybe start a new thread and ask some of the more experienced Growers what they think. Because my confusion comes into the actual time frame that the buds are supposed to mature. As simple as I can put it I don't know if the buds will degrade because of their age. I know that's what happens with a natural cycle if buds get to mature they actually lose potency. Technically they are two months old.

I’m gonna roll the dice on this one ! And see how they turn up. It’s a great learning experience heheh.
