Small brown spots. Thoughts? Opinions?

I just noticed these yesterday. Plant is 4 weeks old. It was transplanted last week and is growing in Fox Farm Ocean Forest. I have fed twice with half the suggested strength of Fox Farm Grow Big and Big Bloom. any advice would be appreciated.

Go easy on the nutrients. Soil is pretty hot already and The trio is best used at half dose. You won’t need nutrients for about 4 weeks

The plant is a bit over fed but has no spots or anything wrong. Just needs time and water
