SOIL Slow growth

Hey guys. These guys have been in soil for about 3 1/2 weeks. They’ve been watered and Big bloom was applied. And ideas?

Please give us all the info about the grow...........soil, watts from the wall on the lights, autos or photo plants. You need N more than bloom..........GWE basic grow info.

Plants look very stretchy, so I suspect not enough light.
