Slow growth, torn leaves. Help me please !!

Sorry for my bad English. I'm newbie, and this is my first time.
my girls is very slow, and i see her leaves is torn, curly, wrinkled
Big pot is OG-kush 2 months, the cup is Super Silver Haze 25 days ....
Vermicompost - Perlite - Vermiculite: 6-2-2 (I'm not sure, it's in the picture and I think a lot of perlite)
Big pots 7gallon, wartering 1.5L/ 3 days
The cup watering 10ml/ 1 day
Mh 400w at a distance of 60cm
Humidity 40-60, Temperature 22-28C
Help me please, thank you all !!!

Overall, your plants look real nice - until I got to the last picture. 4 plants in one pot? Not good. Those four plants are going to have a root-fight.
Plants in the solo cups need a bigger pot.
The curling of the leaves? Could be a reaction to your nutes or lights being too close. I'm not sure - but I too have a bit of a leaf curl and what do I do about the leaf curl? Nothing much cuz I've learned not to sweat the small stuff. Could get better all by itself or............
All in all you are doing really good. Think about transplanting those four into their own pots.

They seem healthy. I dunno what could curl he leaves but I wouldn’t worry much about it. Maybe feed some more they kinda look yellowish.

yeah, thank you. maybe before temperature too high (33-35C) and they slow growth, now they had airconditioning. many thanks again !!
