slime

Hi guys.. im 3 weeks into my first grow (DWC) my plants are looking great. Im using advanced nutrients along with Hydrogaurd .
growing fast and strong with at least 6/7 mm stems already. they really don't look like they have any problems.
BUT, i am noticing a small amount if slimy shit building up in the bottom of my reservoir and on the air stone lines.
should i be concerned about this? is this normal?

Pics will help with a diagnosis. Most of the nutes I've used will leave some residue in my totes.

Depends. Nutrient film slime is ok. Biological slime not so good. Agreed Picts will help.

Hi Dave, I always get residue and such in my reservoir, and my roots are never pearly white after I start adding full dose nutrients.

Toker1 makes a great distinction: I've had root rot before, and it's not a pretty picture.
