Before your ph pen broke, when you mixed up your nutes would it usually require you to correct the ph before using it?
I find that if my source water has a consistent ph, you should be able to get it in the ballpark by adding the same mix(nutes and ph correction).
Ultimately, just watering for a day or two won't create a huge issue.
