Single leaf curled straight up spots

So this poor plant has been through a lot. Basicly all my fails and every learning experience. But of all the true fails it survived. I wanna clone it and do it right this time. But i am curious whats the deal with this leaf n spots. Root rot? Anyone?

No it is a root zone issue such as PH.

I would be more inclined to offer advise in growing First a healthy plant. Get the right weed setup then attempt to try more advanced methods. This is a weak specimen. Get serious about really learning to grow.
