Sideways Curling Leaves - anyone know what it is?

Hi. i cant find this one in the problems pictures and wondering if someone can help identify. I have 4 plants growing in a 3 by 3 short tent. one has a few leaves with cutout and curling. still in early vegging. to me it looks like a combination of pest (leaf removal) and disease (curling), but it hasnt spread or changed in a couple weeks at least. I am not sure when it started as i was paying more attention to my Sativa tent with Dr Grinspoon. the leaves are from Strawberry Banana. all are from TNSB, where i have ordered exclusively for a few years. i had this happen outdoors summer 2020 on a kushy kush - that didnt seem to be hurt overall at the end, but i assumed it was an outydoor thing. the plant is in a 5 gallon pot with 1/2 made of my super soil with homemade compost and manures (and other stuff). no others showing anything yet. I didnt sterilize my compost - oops. had fungus gnats untill i got the soil dry with fans and diatomaceous earth, but dont see this in the descriptions for fungus gnats . Can anyone point me in the right direction? It doesnt seem to have any effect, but i would rather know in case.

i was really hoping someone would say that. didnt read it but makes total sense considering what has happened. cheers

In case this thread i followed by someone with this problem, it has stopped, not spread and everything is fine. the only 2 things i have changed are that 1. I am reducing ph of our water to low 6. It starts out just over 8. my soil is already alkaline. and
2. the fungus gnats, as mentioned by Going2Fast - I got the conditions set and used diatoaceous earth and have almost none since. either or both is the only thing not positive of, although i lean towards the fungus gnats- -they got bad quickly (again - duhhh).
grow is going fairly well with one tent flowering and one a week away.
