HELP! Sick plants

Hi, help what is wrong they are looking sick..I started these outside but due to weather have to finish them inside..I have really never had issues like this..I am using the kind xl 1000 light..all help is very appreciated..thank you

Can you put up pictures with other than your LED? Perhaps pictures of exactly what you're talking about instead of the whole plant? Up close like. Take a look at the bottom of my post that talks about seeds and grow situations and such for other helpful information you can give.

Can't tell by your pictures but it might be your light is to close, how far away is your light ?
Did you just water them?

If it's on full power, that sounds very close to me.You might want to raise it to 24inches or higher.
