about a month in on this one from seed. roots stem and leaves growing noticeably but not sure what happened to these first few sets of leaves. DWC sensi grow a and b about 75% of manufactures recommended ph at 6 first 3 weeks was 7.2 till I got a tester. I over watered seedling but adjusted so only once on that 480 watt led used on first 3 grows and was happy with those results. 24 inches above top fan blowing. any opinions and suggestions greatly apreciated

Hi spinzella, I'm not sure--other more experienced growers will give you expert feedback--so good luck with this!! I'll be curious to see what the problem is; never seen a leaf looking like that. Otherwise, your baby looks good.

thanks alltatup. yeah seems to be just the first few sets of saw leaves . I overwatered and ph was over 7 when she was younger. no issues with new growth and roots and stem going gangbusters so hopefully I'm on track now

It's always a learning experience!! I am on my second grow still dealing with some root rot: just threw away the old bottle of Hydroguard and opened the new one; hopefully the root rot will go away. Girls look good on top, but growing slowly and I want to see more root mass!! My second grow is my first winter grow (I'm down South, so not a super cold environment), and it's presenting me with a whole nother set of lessons to learn!!!

I'm in south Alaska so definatly winter conditions. grow tent in garage so cooler than house. don't have a thermometer but my ph meter gives me temp of water. been running 60 to 63F this is my 3rd go and 2nd dwc 2 5 gallon buckets piped together last one I finished 3 weeks ago no issues with whole plant and the young girls roots in there now looking good. got a lot of winter left so I need to learn more on temp effects. each grow I get more stuff. got a fan now and looking at different lites. friend of mines last 2 grows were huge plants. still learning everyday. so far we try different strains, last one was great potentcy this one I'm gonna try for large and really been checking out colorful like the purple strains. one thing I learned so far is once you correct any issues they seem to get with it.one guy on here told me to relax its a weed it will grow. lol. good luck and I hope your babies turn around for you

They are weeds, after all!!! Hurricane Matthew hit kinda hard where I live, and I was out of power for a week. This was in October, it was still quite warm here, but my 2 Chemdawg plants were a week without fan, bubbles, light, etc., and this was well into flowering. I removed almost all water from the reservoir, opened my curtain as much as I dared (cuz there were crews crawling all over the place replacing fallen power poles), watered them by hand, talked to them to keep their spirits up, and we made it through!!!

I just love the learning process!!

glad them and you made it through that. this house is going on 4 years old and put a propane emergency generator on it with auto switch gear cause we live with a lot of power outages. house goes dead for about 4 minutes till genset starts and goes thru self check then switches over. when power comes back it barely blinks. got enough kw don't have to worry about using to much. kind of expensive but small house cheap to build compared to some of the bigger ones around here. got way too much to learn about keeping plants alive without losing heat and electric. yeah always getting calls to come look at my buddies first try and it turns out its as fun as it seemed watching him. makes my sister real happy. we have legal pot store now but its early and growers are scrambling to get product to retailers so their quality hasn't been as good. she likes mine way better so far. plus 50 bucks an oz tax gets the price up there from the get go. k looking forward to your future pics of big healthy plants when you get em back in line
