Sick plant?

Hello, any one can help me or give tips with the pics I've just uploaded. As you can see some parts of the plant are pale, but not all the plant. There are some leaves at the top and also at the bottom that look pale. Also, I have 4 plantpots that are together and just one plant of them is the one with these pale look. Thanks a lot for your help.
