Should the fan be on the timer or on 24/7?

I've always had my fan blowing on the plants 24/7. Is this correct or should it go off when the lights are off?

Yup, keep the fan(s) running 24/7. I use two small oscillating fans, I just change the angle of the fans every so often to keep the close leaves from drying out.
