Should I top and low stress this clone

Hi in the pictures down below is a 3 week year old clone. It is purple punch and growing pretty tall. I was wondering if I should top it (if I did where would I) and if I do should I let it rest for a day before low stress train it or is it okay to start after the cutting. It is about a foot tall and I am wondering if I should allow more light to get to the bottom leaves.

IMHO, yes. Top her! She'll be a big bush soon enough.
Have you looked at training methods? If you try them go easy at first or its is possible to stunt the plant.
You are at the right time in growth to go several different directions; SCROG or FIM or Manifolding methods. You just need a trellis net of some kind. I got the 2 pair of the elastic ones on Amazon for under $25 and grow shops or garden centers usually have them.

Just remove the very top most new set of tiny leaves. The plant will bush out a little over the next week then the new shoots will come out to make the 2 new tops.
