Hi growers. 1st time indoor grow this year and im really happy with my progress so far. And i have to thank Nebula and Grow Weed Easy for that. just joined the forum to share info and ideas. I have two autos(blueberry and amnesia) that are 5 weeks into flower now. Most of the pistils have turned rusty color, I think the trichomes are getting a little milky now too(dont have a magnifier yet) My question is this..should i start my flush now..and just go next week or two with pH'd water and molasses? heres a few pics..as steady as i could get...sorry. Happy for any input...thanks hg

If your leaves are dark green/glossy- then start water. Otherwise feed for another week (wk#6) and begin water if you see amber trichomes on the buds- not leaves.

I enlarged the pics, but did not see amber trichomes and there is still a lot of clear/glassy trichomes.

Try taking a bud photo (in HD if an option) under normal lights and then enlarge the pic to see trichomes, until you get magnification.

Also, If she slows drinking you are getting close enough to start water until finished.

Hey Weed Pharma, thanks for the info. I brought the girls outside and snapped a couple of pics in the day light. You are correct, the trichomes are all white still, starting to look whiter if that makes sense? the amnesia autos leaves do look to be getting darker green. Its been ridiculously warm and humid here for a couple of weeks so i havent watered in three days..tomorrow i'll give them a feeding, should i reduce to half strength or normal water/nutes? thanks again for the help, heres a couple of bud pics outside. homegrown

Yes, as the trichomes go from clear to cloudy- they will look whiter.
I would give plan half/quarter strength or just pHed water this feeding.
