HELP! Should I just give up on this auto?

Been growing for a few years but first time growing Autos. Grew 4 Northern Lights Autos from Seedsman. Three produced reasonable buds and were harvested over a month ago. The fourth just seems to be stuck without any true bud formation. Weeks pass and no further growth. I even put it in the 12/12 cycle with my Photo-periods but nothing. Should I just call it quits?

Last 2 loose and larfy bud plants I grew - I kicked them out of the tent first - left em outside with the odd smattering of water for a couple of weeks - no change really still were loose larfy so I took out my largest prune cutters - snipped em off near the soil line and into the garbage .

It's weird almost like my reveg look but their photos. I give it to someone who presses or cook with it?
