12 weeks and flushing, but not sure if I should wait another week until more hairs are brown.

They look good in my opinion. The trichs will tell. Here's a great link for harvesting time. Do you know about molasses at the end of flowering?

Howdy Eatnotheat, Look at the condition (clear, cloudy, or amber) of the trichomes on the buds (not on the leafs) to base whether or not it is time for the harvest. I prefer mine to be cloudy with about 10% to 15% amber. The more amber showing, the greater the 'couch lock' effect.
