Should i defoliate or lollypop

Hello. Not sure if I should keep popcorns in middle or defoliate for better airflow. Plant is not masive so I want as much yield as I can get.

Personally, with outdoor plants I only defoliate if the leaves are laying on each other with moisture building up between. I do some lollipopping but only the stuff at the bottom that lays in the dirt and gets wet when I water. Indoors i defoliate more aggressively. I feel outdoor plants have stronger light coming from more directions as the sun moves across the sky so more foliage is useful.

I defoliate my outdoor plants as they start to bud but I would leave ur leaves on
