Should I be concerned??

The stems are turning purple from the top down. Only happening to 2/4 plants. Other than that they look healthy though.

How far along are they?
Are the stems purple on the underside where the lights don't shine?
What are your hi/low temps?

If your tent has gotten cooler inside lately, that will do it sometimes, Nice stalks on them Kpenn, I wouldn't worry about them.

Dass is right if its cooler they will do that sometimes also some strains just change color,as long as the rest of the plant looks healthy you should be fine

Do not worry Kpenn, the color change is normal. Most all of my plants show that same color change on the stems, mostly on the 'sunny' side of the stems and mainly on the ones closer to the lights.

The temps are at 62-78. Its getting pretty cold here in ol Ky and they're in my basement. Would make since for the temp drop to be causing that. Only 2/4 are doing that so it totatally could be the strain too (being that I got a 4strain pack but they didn't label the strains so no idea which is which yet)

Is 62 pushing it for the low temp though??

they all look healthy and they are all growing vigorously though!

Also they are 6 days into flower and they were in veg for 60 days. Thank you guys for the compliments and the advice! I would of never even gotten this far if it wasn't for you guys on gwe!

Your Welcome Kpenn My room is in cellar to Its gotten down to 50 with no bad effects just changed the bud color, Other than that I wouldn't worry about it I have more of a problem during the summer

I absolutely hate it when I can't identify seeds ,I try and stay away from multi packs for that reason , If you want to see me pull a nutty then send me some unidetifable seeds lol

I know that water temperatures below 60° F can make the plant wilt and droop. I used to chill a couple of gallons in the refrigerator. to help keep the reservoir temps down, but over did it and almost killed off my plants. I now watch the low temperature and keep it between 65° and 70° F. the grow room runs around 80° to 85° with the lights on.

OJH that makes me feel much better lol and right. My buddy actually brought them back from Oregon for me so I guess I really can't complain.. but I'm hoping once they start budding I'll be able to tell which is which.

Hey Kpenn, OJH ,is right about the cooler weather changing the colors, my stems an buds never change color, unless it got cooler. Good Luck with your grow.
