Short 'n Fat or Tall 'n Skinny

I'm just now realizing my Blue Dream and Green Grack plants have different growth habits. At just about 7 weeks old each, my Blue Dream is healthy but short (13") and stalky. My Green Crack is tall (20" ) and skinny.
How do I handle lighting in this situation? Do I somehow (I have ideas) elevate Blue Dream to be an equal height as Green Crack?

Bend her over. Or you could but something under the other one to raise it up.
