Sexing

For how long shall I let my plants grow before putting them to flower so I can sex them, dispose of the males, then put them back to veg?

I only put them down yesterday but they aren't feminised so it's literally POT LUCK to how many are female. I've 15 down so if I'm lucky and have 8-9 females I can carry on but with less and I'm going to need to take cuttings. This is my 2nd try and I grew 2 the first time but I'm aiming for 8-9 this time to hopefully quadruple my output

You can set them to flower any time you like. Even from seedlings.

So if I put them straight onto a 12 hour light cycle I'll get either the hairs or pollen sacks straight away then change to 18/6 to grow them out?

Yep. Mine took about 2wks.
