Am I the only one here who cannot mention member anymore ?

You know the @ sign follow by the member name.
 
Farmbuck It seems there are rules about when you can do it. Sometimes it works for me and sometimes not so much. Not intuitive as far as I can tell. Try clicking the first button on the row above that looks like a page with lesser than and greater than symbols to look at the underlying tags in what you are writing to see if they are conflicting somehow. That may help you figure out what’s weird. It is like the old days of WordPerfect when you could choose reveal codes to see how things were tagged.
 
I've heard others random mention this so IMO This site seems to be growing exponentially and there could be overload or band width issues. Big servers are expensive. I'm no tech but I know a transistor from a digital chip. I'm a Cannabis Lover aspiring to be a Growing Emperor as related on the Support This Site link at the top. TANSTAAFL ...there ain't no such thing as a free lunch.
 
Uhh, I hope DBA doen't stand for Dead Beat Assistant, LOL Very occasionally random here in N AZ. 80 degrees and sunny all day. I love spring here. Maybe infrastructure damage from cold and wet in your neck. It may solve itself; I've had computers do that.
 
It’s weird sometimes the list of name pops up and other times I gotta write the entire name and only after I posted I can see if it works. It usually does

Now I'm the one who is on the "client" side lolll but still fixing my own mistakes. Sunny here but bloody cold here but then it's the price you pay for living up north hey ?? If they use a SQL database platform they need to increase the database volume or compressing some of the tables
 
They still haven’t fixed the messaging issue yet either. Maybe they could hire you to clean up things around here? 🤷‍♂️
 
Anybody else seem to find that the website is slow to post a comment?
I’m also noticing the monster “Show me your grow” thread is very slow to load.
 
Considering, we do not suffer adds or spam mail, I can deal with it. And I agree, never moved beyond MySql for our web sites, but internally MS Sql was our base for all applications. I think there is also limit on connections, the "You are not authorized to view" error can be a deletion or just to many threads occupied . Scheduled compressing tables may not be available to the cost level the site is at, but again I agree.
