Well people, thing come and things go,it has been a messed up year for me and on top of it all i had a fight with my wife couple days ago and it's kinda bad..Been taking it all out in the room with the girls!

I wish everyone has the feeling of home in their chests and tears of joy in the corner of their eye!Don't hold back on saying something thats hanging off your lips, take a breath before you snap, help someone even though you exhale 3 vapes while doing it and most of all, love, love yourself, love your sibling and your fellow humans, love your pets because they only have you, love everything that comes to you for what it is!!It doesn't have to be Christmas for us to feel this good,or soft or loving, but we have tuned in to it like this so,let us remember that it's about loving and sharing, not buying and spending! Merrily holidays to you all!

Love and light ,Namaste!

I hope you and the little woman made up! Life is a roller coaster, that's for sure. The older I get, the more I appreciate some things (good friends, good pets, growing cannabis), and the more dismayed I am by the state of our world. But you advice is spot on: to remember to LOVE.

The state of our world, and our country, is depressing, but one can't dwell on it. All we can do is our best, to be our best self. Number one thing, we need to do is treat our fellow human beings with kindness and compassion. Sometimes that can be hard to do, but that's when it's most important.

I'm glad I read you post because I just had a really Grinch moment at the grocery store. Second busiest day of the year (I think day before Thanksgiving is number one). Parking lot packed, grocery store packed and there in almost every aisle were pallets with workers stocking shelves. This store is open 24 hours, I thought they stocked at night. Made me angry. I didn't lash out at them though, not their fault, maybe their managers fault? I took a few deep breathes and was polite and let others go in front of me, and wished everyone Merry Christmas, especially those poor workers that I'm sure weren't thrilled to be stocking shelves during such a busy time.

You are right, zzz, and I forget sometimes not to dwell on Trump... I keep having visions of an american version of nazi germany....

I'm really delighted to hear how you reacted at the grocery store!!! I had a similar situation in the grocery store yesterday: went to return something, stood in line for mad minutes, and by the time I got up there, the girl, who had on this funny little elf hat, looked stressed out. So I said, It's ok girl, you look so cute in that hat, all you need to do is smile and she broke into a huge smile, cuz no one was helping her, the line was getting longer, and we just laughed together. We definitely gotta help each other to move around the stress.

Thanks alltatup! You did a great thing too. Its ironic that the time of year that is supposed to be filled with love and joy can also make one very grumpy.
