HELP! seeds

Hello everyone! i am fairly new to cannabis growing and i have a questtion. i have been attempting to buy seeds online and i have been having difficulty. either the site will not accept my debit/credit card, or some sites dont even offer debit/credit as a payment type.
what i wanted to ask is how do you guys get seeds?
is there a specific site you prefer?
or is there a specific type of seed you woud reccomend for a first time indoor grower?

any advice would be appreciated. i am fairly new to all this so sorry if im asking dumb questions.
 
Try Nirvana...my credit card payments have never had a problem there. Had a recent issue with card payment at Seedsman, but don't know if it was just a temporary thing, since previous attempts were successful. Both companies have responded nicely to any customer service issues. 👍
 
i really liked Nirvana the selection was great and i really liked all the info they provide for their products. but it seems that they currently cant take card payments. i emailed them they said they are working on it. it sucks my grow lights and everything are all set i just cant get seeds! frustrating. but i will try calling my bank to get them to allow international purchasing.
 
STLMO314 I have encountered that problem on my favorite sites, seedsman and seedsupreme. I just keep re-doing my credit card stuff until it is accepted. Sometimes it takes a few tries for it to go through.
 
Morning 314 Southern Oregon Seeds they don't take credit cards either but money orders are still quicker than getting them from overseas ,plus they don't have to go thru customs where there is a chance of them getting held up. Took me 4 days from SOS compared to 20 from BonzaSeeds ,plus some free seeds and I also got a tshirt, nice friendly folks that appreciate your business. Check SOS out. Good Luck
 
I've thought about buying from a bank in the States but I kinda worry.

I always hear that "no customs" but is that really better or more to the point safer?

When you buy from overseas if the seeds get found, end of story, you're out some money or get a new shipment because of delivery guarantees. Customs and law enforcement on that level don't deal with small time stuff like a few seeds.

But when it's all in the States no customs, but there still is the Post Master General, a Federal Dept, who are mandated to stop such activity on the small scale. And with all the news about increased cannabis being mailed and Sessions beating the drug war drums again, it just seems riskier to me, but it might all be in my head, lol.

My guess is that once a package goes through customs it's assumed ok by the post office unless something really stands out, but that's just a guess. I think I'd feel safer if a domestic bank was'nt shipping from a legal State.

Again it's probably all in my head, :)
 
I agree GG i think thats in your mind, Way easier an safer getting them from in country than going thru customs. , from my part of the country the South I don't know anyone that gets them from overseas anymore , I sure there are some but I don't know em , but I know over 10 people that have gotten them from SOS without any problems. There is always a chance anywhere damn.
 
Yea. I'll probably make the switch at some point, but for now I've got enough seeds to last quite a while with mothers and clones :)
