HELP! Seeds sprouted no growth

My Auto-flowering Seeds sprouted but no growth in 2 weeks. They have not died but no apparent growth. I have succeeded before with no problems in the same everything.

Looks healthy to me, But if thats two weeks growth id deff question the light maybe? What are you using? They may just be slow starters. Or where they maybe burred deep?

Same light I have always used. High Pressure Sodium only on auto Flower
