I just moved some seedlings from the paper towel to some pods. I have put the on a tray under some fluorescents that already have some fresh cuttings under them and under a 18 on 6 off lighting schedule. Is this alright for the freshly planted seeds?
Yes, what FunkyButtLovin and Daskahn said. I've asked the same question and got the same answer. I have a t5 that I keep about 2" above the seedlings until I replant them in their final home under the big light.
