seedlings

Is it ok to run CMH 315w on seedlings? I have a dimmer and it goes to 215w and 115w maybe I should use that for seedlings? how far away?

Around 30 inches is where my 315 sits. I dont have a dimmer though so full power.

have you used it on full power on seedlings before? results? Im just planning on transplanting to peat pods now.

Seedlings don't need much light at all, if mine, I'd turn it down low, and put it about 25inches away, and if they start stretching, lower it a couple of inches, till they stop.
Those are nice lights man, I know I like mine. But I got to buy some new lamps-bulbs pretty soon, and they high priced :sad-frown:, good luck with your grow.

Here's my current plant I started under my 315 at full power. 4 weeks old now.
