guys my seedlings are bending, whats the problem ? what can i do about it? please help thanks

Have the lights always been close to the lights if they have been far away they will strech to the light

Im only a beginner my self but try putn in biger pot and packn it with more soil or wat ever it is u use or maybe paddle pop stick n garden ties but def more medium ti help it id say

You can repot...burying long stem in medium so it's not that tall...or just grow them sideways..
