SOIL Seedling watering schedule

Just started my first indoor grow and they spouted. Now how should i be watering them? I’ve been just spraying the soil with water every morning. When do I start actually pouring water in the pot? Is it safe to spray the seedlings themselves? I read that they absorb water through the leaves and not soil.

It's a very slow small pour. Use a plastic water bottle or anything that you can use to pour very slowly at about 2wks go around outside circle of width of leaf work outward like a circle. It's easy to uproot shoot so just go slowly hey you got a syringe?? I have a long skinny neck jug i use.

Oral syringes work great. But like SoOrbudgal said, a water bottle gently around perimeter will work. If you want to take it a step further, use said bottles lid with a few holes poked in it, along with a gentle squeeze.

Use a straw thats all you need for now.
