Seedling spill

Germinated two NL seeds for 3 days in water then transplanted into solo cups yesterday. Today I knocked the cups over spilling a little of the top soil. I didn't see any seeds but...yea. Think I'm screwed? I put the soil back in and watered it a little. I'm new so just wondering what someone else thinks about this little mishap lol

If no seed fell out you should be good. The soil around the seed/root gives enough cushion that it will be fine.
