I have never encountered this problem, please help me，in coco,hid 30cm,20/4,water ph6.5 day5

It looks like its been drowned or burned to me man. What size light? 30 CM is less than 12 inches. Thats pretty close for a hid bulb.
 
I would go 55 CM or so above a seedling, then lower it a little by little each day. Just keep an eye on their reaction to the light lowering.
