Seedling not good

Can anyone help with this problem?

The first thing I don't see is much perlite in your medium. The second thing I don't see is any information about your grow.

Agree with Gingerbeard on the perlite and more info needed. I'm pretty sure you have some hot soil there.(Whats your grow medium) First pic i see quite a few slow release fertilizer balls. Cant really tell with the other two pics. Probably the soil has too much nutes for your seedlings. On a side note...bravo! with your latest avitar Beard. Class.

I have had seedlings burn because of the soil being too hot for them.
