What light do you use for your seedlings once they sprout?

I've been using General Electric 32W LEDs and they work very well.

I’ve used a 24” t5 fixture for a few years. I like it.

What's the total wattage? Do you use special plant bulbs or just shop ones?

I saw my seed straight into its final location and medium most times so just use my grow lights on minimum setting and adjust height to suit their requirements

I use a Sun Blaze T5-HO-22 lamp fixture. It came with Spectrum bulbs. I looked at the specs for the light spectrum, 5000 lumens per lamp, 6500 K Blue and 3000 K red. I've not thought about the total wattage as I only use this fixture for seedling work. So my guess is somewhere around 24 watts per bulb? This fixture has 2 bulbs.
