HELP! Seedling leaves going brown, stunted?

Hi Guys, My White widow and pain killer seedlings are just under a month old. They are growing in coco, under a T5 light on a 18/6 cycle and I'm not sure why they aren't doing better. They have only been fed water ph adjusted so far.
Temp sits around 25c. Might have given them too much water to begin with. Now 50ml as needed. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Coco while a great growing medium it isn’t soil and does not have nutrients for your plants. You’ll need to supply the food for the plants. They get nothing from coco.

What that first lady said. Coco has no nutrients. You need to give at least a half dose of veg nutes. Keep your t5's on 24 hours during veg.
It looks like you have something else in the coco? What's your mix? Are those pebbles?

Ah yep thats perlite. It comes mixed with my coco, helps with aeration as I understand it.
My Plants by the way have bounced back. Stronger light and nuts much earlier next grow.
Thanks to all for your help and advice!
