Seedling dying, help please!

I am growing a plant from seed in coco for the first time. I’ve only done Coco once before, and it was a pretty mature clone. I wonder if my plant is starving? The watering/feeding has been a little bit sporadic, because I hadn’t wanted to overwater, but I’m afraid that I’ve been starving her. Or is this something else?

Picture would help, and I grow in water, but my best guess is your probably underwatering.

I just realized I’ve been forgetting to PH my water this whole grow!!!! Time to flush and feed! That’s the likely culprit, right?
