HELP! Seed husk stuck, should I remove? With pictures

Should I attempt to remove this? Is there another cotyledon under there that might get in the way? Also as what point would these be safe under my 1200 w LED lights full power veg and bloom setting? Manufacturer recommends just veg for seedlings and early veg.

Leave it alone for a day or two. Three solid sets of leaves and she is ready for the LED. Just don't start out too close. I always run my LED on growth and bloom works great.

Mine tend to fall off after a few sprays of the spray bottle while keeping it moist for the first few days.

If it doesn't fall off within a day put a drop of water on it with you finger to moisten it and gently remove it.
