Seed banks

Said it many times now, but I use Bitcoin. But you do need to submit an ID along with a picture of the card you plan on buying the bitcoin with. I'm in the US and I use Circle.

I use attitude seed bank.

I assume Nirvana still takes credit cards. They have good seeds, but a bit more expensive and not a bunch of freebies. I am really bummed out abut the credit card situation. I tried to place orders with both seedman and attitude. No go on the cards. I see that seedsman made a statement that they hope to have the credit cards back up soon.

I may have to bite the bullet and do the bitcoin thing. It just seems scary having to submit photo and copy of card statement showing your name.

I get a discount at Gorilla seed. So far germination rate is 90%. Plant quality 1st class!. Yield ABOVE average with EXPLOSIVE growth.

Using bitcoin is simple and easy- I use a debit card, which allows for no fees.
I followed Royal Nugs advise and went with "Circle".

Previously, I shopped at Nirvana and paid the $5 credit card fee with each order.
Recently, I made a couple of orders at Seedsmans using Circle.
I should have enrolled in Bitcoin much sooner!

Not used BitCoin yet but I can confirm Gorilla Seeds have taken CC payments and have always treated me very well with lots of free seeds.

Same thing I said after I did it. So easy, takes a couple days for verification and off you go!

Royal Nugs told me the same in a post of mine, I tried to order with my card 4 different times with 4 different seed banks. So I took the advice and tried bit coin and lickety split I gottem ordered. I used coinbase.

With coin base I didn't need to submit the id or pic, maybe it's just debit vs credit card? They did send 2 small charges to my acct then I had to tell them how much they were, that was the only verification.

Each coin bank seems to do things a little different. I had to send a pic of my drivers license and a selfie. 48 hours later it was authorized.

I have a weekly limit of $300 with circle.

That's odd that they would a be so different, I have a $100 weekly limit. I had to pay Seedsman 45.74 us so I ordered the exact amt in bitcoin, before I could complete the order for seeds I only had 45.52 so I had to buy more bit coin. I guess the value must fluctuate frequently

Ok, going to go for it and signup for BitCoin.........er maybe send cash. Still undecided. UK is afraid the U.S. is going to have a market crash because of........well you know.

I have purchased from 2 seedbanks with my regular Visa card. One in Canada and one in the Netherlands and have had no problems. I do know that 'pre-paid' credit cards will not work.
