Second time grower

Hello to all growers. I found one seed in a bag of Blueberry Kush. Sprouted it, cloned it, cloned it again. All was looks good until I received three clones from an outside source. I believe I introduced Spider Mites. After much commotion they all grew to harvest. Unfortunately I got sucked into watching them grow....and grow....right on past their prime. Catch a slight buzz. Lol

Second time around. Bleached/H2O2 all buckets, grow areas. Ran fabric pots through washer. Then sprayed with H2O bleach solution. Thunder something Coco coir hydrated with tap. pH at 6.5. 1st buffer with CalMag 7.5 mil @ gallon. 2nd buffer...drained...PPM 803..pH 6.8. Adder 30% perlite. On the 24th sprouted 4 seeds on a reptile mat in 3 days. 1- Bruce Banner, 1- Gorilla Glue, 2- Girl Scout Cookie E. All auto's. Flushed Coco with 1.75 gallons per fabric pot of tap. PPM down to 204. Seeds in Jiffy pots under homemade dome. 2- 26w CFL's. 73° 85%. Here is where I screwed up. On the 29th maintained moisture with Dynamic Growth Footage Pro .25 tsp / gallon. 30th roots out bottom of pots. 4th transplanted to 1 gallon fabric pots. pH 6.0. PPM 205. Viparspectra 30/6'0/60 @ 34". Then kind of lost it. Some reading coming out were pH .58 and EC was running .58 to 1.12. Today is the 12th and here are the numbers. In...pH 5.8 EC .49. Out...running between 6.1/6.3 and EC .22/.33. That for the 4 plants. I'll try to add some photos..

Dang, what a pain to post this. My homemade grow area. 2x3x9. Goes to the ceiling. Easier than making a top. Cardboard, solar blankets ( I got cheap), and duct tape.

Started clean this time. Bleached and hit with hydrogen peroxide. All fabric buckets also.

Started with Coco brick. Hydrated, buffered twice. pH 6.8 PPM 800. Flushed to 6.5 and 203. Jiffy pots under 2-26 w CFL's.

As you can see all came up with a twist. Not sure why. Genetics maybe. Last photo looking at 10 days. Trying to keep the numbers close. This morning my in was pH 5.9/EC .86. Out was between pH 5.9 to 6.3/ EC .34 to .41 for all four plants.

This time, you might want to get a sprayer and hit them all once a week with a good mild natural pesticide like Dr. Bronner's or Lost Coast Plant Therapy to keep infestations from getting a foothold in case some do sneak back in.

Thanks. I'm trying to stay clean this time. I believe my spider mites came from some clones I acquired. Had to take the whole plant out and hosed the hell of it. Was kind of down hill from there.

Can anyone tell me how to stop the double photos?

Gross. At least you had the mites that announce themselves. Hemp russet mites have no calling card but damaged leaves that look like they could be some other problem.

Use the "Upload attachments" button to load the pictures you're going to use and be sure to use each one at least once in your post. You can select multiple photos from your hard drive to upload at once and it works better. You may want to keep a window of your picture folder open so you can differentiate photos and pick out the right ones by filename. The list of photos ready to use will be below the text area and you can position your cursor where you want the photo to go then click on the size you want to use. Unused photos show as an extra attachment on your post.
