Got a journal setup ? It will always help to get a journal running,that way we can follow your posts by date and all your information as it flows in yuor grow room,also it will be easier to manage in terms of information about your issues and/or achievements !!

Oh sorry,i never even welcomed you to the forum,apologies 
Let me start over!!
Welcome to the forum slick,
A journal is simply put,a Thread you create with a corresponding tittle to your grow (i.e "Slick's Auto Grow") and there you start by stating your setup,the plants you are growing,what you might be doing with/to them etc...
People can then subscribe to that grow of yours and everytime you have a question or an update it will be there and people will see that your grow has something new
You can start a journal just like starting any other thread pressing the +New Topic button in the forums main page!
An example of a journal would this :
