Salt or mold on outside of fabri pot.

just seen this on all of my pots. I think its salt but just looking at a double check. I have a cut in my finger and it burnt like salt lol.

it gritty like a fine salt.

any idea of causes. I'm only 3 weeks odd into veg growing in coco and perlite. Is it worth a flush with chemicals (I use flora clean I think it is) assuming it's just salt (pretty confident that's what it is)

Yep, salt. Get it on my fabric pots every grow.

those pictures tell a bigger story, seems like water goes tru the same path every time right to the outside of the pot. looks like it needs a little massage to loosen up the soil

Or water slower as well try watering a little first and waiting till it’s fully soaked in befor adding more,I find it helps the water to b taken up by the core and hence the plant.
