Sad after so much forward movement

So they are saying the Lbs go for roughly over $2,500 per on a 510 lb shipment? Maybe in Ohio. Lol here in CA they are charging about half that now days on a 1 lb shipment of top grade. Tough market here, plenty of compition around.

I'll make some assumptions but here goes:

If you assume the dog was called in, because the driver- did not consent to a search.

Ohio has decriminalized 100g of marijuana and dogs can only determine IF the drug was present, but not QUANTITY.
Then they have no basis for "probable cause" of a crime being committed, to search the truck over the driver's lack of consent-

The search would be determined illegal and what they found would be inadmissible...

That said, the quantity does not fall under the realm of personal use which is what most states marijuana laws cover.
 
As we know, there’s always more to the story....this is only the writer and their view. I do not, DO NOT, like these reporters who try to get you sucked into a story by misleading the headline... like the click bait stories on the internet. And they all do it..... ABC, NBC, CBS
 
Not to mention that weight was likely the boxes too! (I dont smoke the package do you? LOL)
Why do people take this kind of risk for a few extra bucks? One may as well be running to Mexico and bringing in truck loads!
I myself would not take the risk of loosing my medical card! That alone is enuf for me to say IF I get extra, I'll just smoke it!
And remember everything you see "in the news" is propaganda!
 
I consider my self fairly intelligent... BUT, I need a dictionary to get thru the second page... not an easy casual read and I’m assuming he put an enormous amount to effort into it. Since I can still watch Gilligans Island with 1 eye open, I’ll opt for that. 😉
 
Not an easy read for me either, but very interesting. Made it through the very begaining, and definitely some similarities to what I see happening the last few years, in particular. Perhaps people really do come in layers, like onions, and trial and adversity brings out what really is inside of them. It's always the folks that have truly been beaten, abused, run through life's wringer, that I either get to see a good wholesome person in, or, sometimes as Wilhelm described, sort of that second layer, and maybe that really is as far deep as it goes, in some...

Ya, that little bit of money for trafficking, really does not sound worth it! That beast ( CRIMINAL, Justice System) is always hungry, and no sense being a part of it's diet!!
