For light timers I have found that the TP-Link Kasa Smart outlets are exacting and inexpensive 18 hour and 1 second on ....5 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds off. One is heavy duty for outdoor, the other fits onto a conventional 110v wall plug. From a smartphone, you can remotely turn them on or off or create a 7 day schedule same time on and off every day and they’re dual plug.
