SOIL Rust Spots

Hey guys,I've got a couple 3 week old Sour Diesel seedlings and they're showing tiny rust colored specks on a few of the leaves.Haven't had this problem in the past and was looking for a little input.I'm using the same soiless mix and nutes as last grow and had no issues.Thanks.

The grow I just started had the same issue. I raised the light a few inches and it got better, but still a few spots after 4 weeks. I used fresh soil and I think it was a little hot.
