SOIL Rust spots on upper leaves

Hello everyone back again

I'm having some problems with one of my ladies she is getting rust spots on the upper fan leaves. When I flushed her water pH was 6.8 but the runoff 5.3 is it nutrient lockout? How do I correct this? I'm using FFoF, FF nute trio, calmag and in week 5 of flower.

Week 5 in soil , I would not worry unless it is really bad ugly. PH someone else needs to answer.
