RIP Ozzy

Paranoid and War Pigs are favorites. .
The migration from Black Sabbath to Ozzy Osborne with Randy Roads was amazing. I hope there is an afterlife for those two and if there is a rock and roll heaven you know there is a hell of band
 
I remember a radio interview with Ozzy on the BBC rock hour years ago and they asked him about his satanic following. He said yes we have had a bit of that, one day about 6-10 people came into the dressing room wearing hooded robes, carrying lite candles and chanting. The interviewer asked him what did you do? Ozzy said we sang Happy Birthday to them, blew out their candles and kicked them the fuck out of the room. lol
 
I remember calling a local radio station and asking for electric funeral, they said that they couldn't because of fcc rules,mid to late 80' s
 
I'm going to be the guy who says Black Sabbath was not Black Sabbath without Ozzy, and solo Ozzy was not the same as Black Sabbath Ozzy. Dio came from different roots with a different voice and style.
Like Van Halen vs Van Hagar.

the thing that f'd my head up with the oz man is i couldn't understand a word he was sayin when he talked. it sounded like me in my drunken babble days. but when he sang i didn't even notice the accent. ozzie music it is for tom. stoner coffee hr.
