SOIL Reverse air flow for higher temperature?

Can I vent bottom air and pull air from the top of the room. I live in a colder dry climat. My tent is set up in my spare room. I have a filter and inline fan at the top of the tent exhausting out and pulling fresh air from my bedroom thru the bottom vents on the tent. I have a humidifier in the tent. My LED's give little heat. Seems it would be better to vent cooler air at the bottom of the tent and pull warmer room air into the top of the tent. Any reason it won't work?

It's an inside room, is it that cold that you need to pull warm air in? What's the temp?
