Remote Temp/Humidity Sensor

Looking for remote sensor that will let me check temp/humidity on my iPhone. Grow tent is under the house and want to make sure I can access the info wherever I am in the house without having to schlep down there. Seems like there are a lot of bluetooth units but would appreciate any info on which one(s) actually work well in terms of range through floors, etc.
Or maybe there’s a better option than bluetooth?
Thanks

I use devices that are "Tuya" compatible. There's a tuya smart life ap for the iPhone. Some of my sensors are Wi-Fi, some are ZigBee (which requires an adapter.) The app is Chinese, I'm okay with that, can't help if you aren't but others will. Tuya integrate with apple home kit so you can check things wherever you go. Don't stop there. I have Tuya compatible plugs which turn humidifier and other things automatically depending on the readings. I buy from china because I am cheap but also available on Amazon for more money. You can see my humidifier turning on and off by the little dips the seen in image. Same hardware controls my seeding pad.

Nice, thanks.
Not big on vaChina but I just got a really nice Kind X750 LED rig that I thought was made in the US but yes, it’s from vaChina too. Whatevs.
Anyway re the Tuya plugs, I would love to have that for a humidifier and AC (2 separate units) that I’m venting into the tent but there’s no way that I could find to have them cycle automatically based on the conditions in the tent since the sensors are on the units which are outside the tent…are you saying the Tuya plugs could monitor the conditions inside the tent and cycle the units accordingly?
If so, that would be a game changer for my setup.
Won’t start a grow until mid April so I have time to put that together.
Thanks again.

Boy i tell ya you guys and gals with all this tech stuff really got it easy now a days. I'm still in the backwoods of tech every time i gotta upgrade something i nearly panic. Good for you all for taking all this in and using it. I'm not so sure about this AI crap though

Plugs and sensors are separate, you put the sensors in the tent, plugs go at your outlet strip. you say what you want to happen when in the app. Tuya is huge and lots of YouTube videos on it. Maybe watch some of those and see if it's for you.

I like the Xiaomi mijia hygrometers. Super cheap and very accurate. But te range is not more than 10 meters (yards) but for 15 bucks give them a go. I have 6 of them and all work great. Even after you change the battery

I used this one last grow. I can monitor my grow conditions in the basement from the first floor with it.
Govee Hygrometer Thermometer H5075, Bluetooth Indoor Room Temperature Monitor Greenhouse Thermometer with Remote App Control, Notification Alerts, 2 Years Data Storage Export

It’s on Amazon for about 14 bucks

I'm using Tuya compatible gear...the entire room is automated...it works pretty well..well enough for me to leave my state for 5 or 6 days every week and then come back to another week of goodness...love it. I haven't installed cameras in the room because of privacy issues and data handling nonsense by 3rd parties.

I use the grovee as well. I have them in the cannabis tent , microgreen grow , and drying tent. They are affordable and work well for me. I generally have no problem checking from my bedroom two floors above my grow spaces

Tip. Use a system that doesn't require triggering from the cloud or your mobile device, so a system that will communicate and store your programming either locally at your power points or on your local LAN storage. One less thing to go wrong if your internet goes down.
