Regrowing a plant

You guys have any tips for this regrow in the back. Thanks. She's still alive and unfortunately I did not save any of the lower buds.

I have never tired that approach, however I have taken buds from lowest place on plant and turned them back. It did take a long time and the appearance of the re-growth was nothing short of Frankenstein.
I have a pic a OZ some where on GWE of what she looks like after the regrowth.

I used a humid dome over the cutting when trying to turn her but it must breath.
