HELP! Really cheap indoor grow for Seedlings.

So as I said before I grow cannabis outdoors, but during an entire week there will be storms and a lot of rain so I can't take the risk of letting my only few days old GDP seedlings outside.
I spent 20 bucks on CFL lights and other stuff to managed myself to make a really cheap indoor for my babies (only for one week) . I did not buy any type of fan or anything related. The question is... is it gonna be THAT warm to hurt my seedlings? Is it enough light for them?
Please any advise will be welcome.
PS: I let the lights on for 24 hs.

Hey Lpro27, those cfls will be fine for your seedlings. Some folks on here use cfls, for the entire grow with great results. I think they use mainly 100watt equivalent cfls. I don't know what size yours are but surely they ought to work great for a week or so, just put them not much further than 2 or 3 inches away from your seedlings, if they grow pretty fast you just have to keep them from growing into your light.
